An Ad Pack typically takes 3–4 weeks from brief to delivery, and a Brand Film 6–8 weeks. Campaigns run 8–12 weeks depending on locations and casting. Most of that time is pre-production – it’s what makes the shoot days count.
Concept, scripting, pre-production, crew, standard kit, editing, colour, sound and music licensing, at the scope listed in your package. Talent fees, location hire, travel and specialist kit such as drones or studio space are quoted up front and billed at cost.
On full payment, you own the final films and every deliverable. Third-party elements – licensed music, stock footage and on-screen talent – are licensed for the channels and term agreed before the shoot, typically organic and paid social, web and online advertising. Extensions to new channels, such as TV or out-of-home, or to a longer term are quoted separately, and every licence is documented in your delivery pack.
You own the final films and all deliverables on full payment, with third-party elements covered by the licences agreed for your project. Raw footage and project files are archived for at least 12 months and can be handed over on request.
Productions are billed 40% on booking, 40% after the shoot and 20% on final delivery. Third-party costs such as talent and locations may be invoiced ahead of the shoot. All prices exclude VAT, charged at 19% where applicable.
We stay on hand for new cut-downs, updated end cards and fresh hook variations as your ad data comes in, quoted per request. A Brand Film pairs well with a Content Creation retainer, which keeps the footage working for months.
