A Discovery Sprint takes two to four weeks. Most Build projects reach a first production release in three to five months, then iterate. You’ll see a clickable prototype within the first month, then a live demo at the end of every fortnightly sprint.
Product and UX design, architecture, engineering, testing, infrastructure setup, documentation and 90 days of post-launch support. Cloud hosting, third-party licences and paid APIs are billed directly to your accounts. Scope is fixed by the Discovery Sprint, so the price reflects exactly what we’re building.
We default to TypeScript, Node.js, React and PostgreSQL on AWS, and adapt to your existing stack when that’s the smarter call. Everything is built to be handed over: documented architecture, readable code, automated tests and infrastructure as code. Structured handover sessions with your engineers mean nothing depends on us.
You do. On full payment, the source code, documentation and all intellectual property created for your project transfer to you. Repositories and cloud accounts live in your organisation from day one, so there’s no lock-in.
The Discovery Sprint is billed 50% on booking and 50% on delivery of the prototype and estimate. Builds are billed 40% on signing, 40% at an agreed build milestone and 20% at launch, and Dedicated Squads are invoiced monthly in advance. All prices exclude VAT, charged at 19% where applicable.
Every Build includes 90 days of post-launch support for bug fixes, performance tuning and small changes. After that, you can hand over to your in-house team, keep us on a monthly support retainer or move to a Dedicated Squad to keep the roadmap moving.
