An MVP typically takes 12–16 weeks from kickoff to store submission, and a full Product build 5–7 months. Platform engagements are planned as phased releases. Either way, you’ll have a clickable prototype in your hands within the first month.
Discovery, UX and interface design, engineering, backend, testing, store submission and post-launch support, as listed in your package. Cloud hosting, third-party services and Apple and Google developer accounts are paid directly by you, so those accounts are yours from day one.
No one can – review decisions sit with Apple and Google. Approval isn’t guaranteed, but we build to their current guidelines from the first sprint, prepare complete submissions and handle reviewer feedback and resubmissions within the agreed project scope.
You do. On full payment, the source code, designs and all intellectual property created for your app transfer to you. Store listings, developer accounts and cloud services sit in your name, so you’re never locked in.
App projects are billed 40% on signing, 40% at the beta milestone and 20% at launch. Larger builds can be split into phases, each on the same 40/40/20 basis. All prices exclude VAT, charged at 19% where applicable.
MVP and Product include a hypercare period – 30 and 90 days respectively – covering fixes, OS compatibility checks and store updates. Platform support is scoped in the statement of work. After that, a monthly retainer is the natural next step for new features, monitoring and regular iOS and Android releases.
